Established for several years in Chablais, the LB Syndic structure (LBSV) brings you a local service in the field of condominium syndicates, rental management and the sale of the old one. Surrounded by experienced people, this structure develops in a spirit of quality service and proximity.
Coming from a family structure, LB Immobilier has been able for more than 20 years to preserve traditional values while constantly innovating.
The LB Syndic structure was created in 2008 by Mr Laurent BAILET in collaboration with Mr Claude MICHEL. LBSV’s fee policy has been in compliance with the ALUR law published on 24 March 2014. We have never taken an administrative fee (stamp, photocopy, telephone); this makes our fees competitive today, as we do not include these fees in our base fees.

We systematically involve board members in all decisions, (choice of new provider of multi-risk property insurance, choice of service provider for the elevator maintenance contract, maintenance of communal areas, etc.). We inform the members of the union council of all claims.
