The 110 and 119 m² villas offer 3 bedrooms, including one suite, a spacious living room with access to a spacious (300 to 1300 m²) and private garden. Each villa has a covered parking space and one outside. Visitor spaces complete the residence.

Le Pré Boisé’s finishes include fully equipped bathrooms with 4-drawer vanity, large showers with Aluminum profile walls and wall-hung WC. The double-glazed windows are equipped with electrically operated roller shutters. For an optimized comfort, the heating system is electric, and the water is produced by a thermodynamic water heater.

Each villa can be customized with a choice of floor finishes, but also by integrating a heat pump and a home automation system.

Work will start in the second half of 2023 with delivery after one year of work in the second half of 2024.
