From the T2 + mountain corner to the T4, the apartments are fully equipped with materials that combine charm and authenticity.
Double glazed insulating windows, electric shutters, wooden terrace dividers with waterproof plugs and light points. The apartments in the penthouse will be equipped with a metal conduit allowing the connection to a future stove, TV/internet plug in the living room and bedrooms.
Authentic mountain style with wooden interior doors, smooth painted walls in all the rooms, wood cladding on one wall of the living room, full height earthenware on the shower/bathtub walls and vanity, in the living room 45×45 tiles and parquet flooring with solid wood facing in the bedrooms.
Fully equipped and fitted kitchen, functional bathrooms with thermostatic taps, chrome mixer tap and shower, vanity unit and illuminated mirror, electric towel dryer, single flow hygroregulable VMC.
