It is in the heart of the Alps, in Haute-Savoie, that the Grand Massif slopes are revealed, between mythical spots, 40,000 hectares of forests, powder snow and grandiose views of the Arve Valley, the Aravis Massif, the Jura mountains up to Lake Geneva without forgetting the Mont-Blanc. DESCRIPTION oF THE RESIDENCE
The BAILET Group offers you top-of-the-range apartments facing Mont Criou, the ski resort’s emblematic peak. In addition to their optimized, functional layout, the apartments offer balconies or terraces so you can enjoy the stunning view.
At the entrance, our interior designer will design the common areas, including porcelain stoneware tiling (to facilitate cleaning of areas used by bikes, skis, etc.) and decorative wall coverings. Wood or aluminum joinery, security glazing with videophone connected to each apartment (opening by code and badge, so you don’t have to take off your ski gloves, for example…).

The apartments, from T3 to T4 + Coin Montagne, are fully equipped and include top-of-the-range amenities with low-energy performance in line with the latest RE 2020 regulations. The apartments perfectly combine the spirit of the chalet with the modernity of the latest fittings.

Authentic mountain style with wooden interior doors, smooth painted walls throughout, wood cladding on one living room wall, full-height earthenware tiles on shower/tub walls and vanity unit, 60×60 tiles in living room and glued parquet flooring with solid wood veneer in bedrooms. Closets with imitation-wood sliding doors including interior fittings, TV socket in living room and master bedroom.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, functional bathrooms with thermostatic taps, chrome mixer tap and hand shower, vanity unit and illuminated mirror, electric towel dryer, wall-hung WC with double expansion tank, humidity-sensitive single-flow ventilation. All apartments have a parking space (covered or not) or a garage in the basement, as well as a ski room equipped with boot heaters.
Heating and hot water production by town gas or by a propane tank, supplied by an individual boiler in compliance with the latest regulations.
